Processing time:

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
– All plants: 7-14 days
– The tissue culture plants: 7-10 days

Estimated shipping times:

Canada: 5-7 business days
United States: 5-7 business days
Europe: 4-6 business days
Asia Pacific: 3-7 business days
I’ll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

Shipping during wintertime:

The minimum temp from -10 degrees C and we carefully packed them in insulated cartons (foam box)

Notice to the buyer from Australia :
Australia is very strict on customs (about potted plants)
*Potted Plants: We can ship to Australia BUT the customer accepts the risk, the order do not refund in case their customs destroy the package.
*Tissue Culture Plants: We have delivered to AUS, ship by EMS (actual weight), you need an import permit (country of origin is Thailand)

Notice to the buyer from Canada:
Currently, we ship by Dragon Courier, that way you won’t need the import permit to ship to Canada. Our courier will arrange that and deliver door to door.
*Tissue culture plants and potted plants cannot be shipped together to Canada, please purchase them separately in your order.

Notice to the buyer from the United States:
Import permit is not required when you buy under 12 plants

Notice to the buyer from the EU:
We ship by Dragon Courier, that way you won’t need the import permit to ship to EU. Our courier will arrange that and deliver door to door, this means you do not have to be involved in the import process in any way.
Norway, Switzerland: Dragon Courier does not accept deliveries until further notice, but we can ship by EMS

Notice to the buyer from New Zealand:
We use “air freight” routes for transportation: TMT Cargo, KK-Freight; BKK (Bangkok Airport),…

Notice to the buyer from ASEAN:
We need your import permit, please ask the customs or the local agriculture ministry about this. Shipping by EMS because it is safer and cheaper

• Malaysia, Singapore: Import permit is not required, door to door service 2-3 days by EMS
• Indonesia: You need an import permit, ship by “air cargo” is better, besides you can request pick up plant & phyto in Bangkok for carry on ONLY.
• Philippines: You need an import permit, ship by EMS or air cargo”
• United Arab Emirates (UAE): Shipping by EMS, less than 6 plants, import permit is not required.

Notice to the buyer from Hongkong:
Currently, we ship by Dragon Courier, that way you won’t need the import permit to ship to Hongkong. Our courier will arrange that and deliver door to door.

Notice to the buyer from China:
Import permit is required, ship by “Air Cargo” only 

Notice to the buyer from Japan:
Import permit is not required, door to door service by EMS Thaipost, easy shopping

Notice to the buyer from Russia:
Import permit is not required, our shipper will arrange, easy shopping. Recommend for bulk and large order because the shipping cost start for minimum of 10 KG

Notice to the buyer from Brazil and Chile:
Import permit is not required, door to door service by UPS Express, easy shopping

Notice to the buyer from South Africa:
You need an import permit, you can ask for it which easy to get, and import permit must show all the plant species you want to import and country you want to import, must be Thailand.

Notice to the buyer from Kuwait:
Import permit is not required, door to door service by UPS Express, shipping cost by box size & address

Notice to the buyer from Puerto Rico:
Shipping by Dragon Courier, less than 12 plants, import permit is not required.

Dragon Courier acts as IOR (Importer of Record)
in Canada, UK, EU, Singapore and Hong Kong.
This means the buyer does not have to be involved in the import process in any way.
All import processes are handled by Dragon Courier and Agent in each country.
