Arrival claim policy
Approved dead-on-arrival claims follow our published Returns and Refund Policy: replacement with new shipping and phytosanitary costs paid by the buyer, or a 50% refund of the affected plant price.
Tracked delivery
Orders are normally prepared in 3–5 business days; estimated carrier transit is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delays can occur.
