Terms & Conditions

1. We use first in first out system for the shipment with the capacity of 70-80 packages per week.

2. Customer shall input address, phone number and email address info. Our Liability terms is not apply for any failed of delivering a package because customer is uncontactable and has the wrong address. After we ship your package(s), buyer should keep tracking package as per tracking number we provide. If buyers have any issues with delivery (UPS/DHL/FEDEX), buyers must contact to local UPS/DHL/FEDEX office since we are based in Bangkok and different time zone.

1.1) PACKAGE LOST : Buyer must contact UPS/DHL/FEDEX to find out where the package is. Seller will also help to contact agency.
1.2) If your tracking show “DELIVERED” but buyer hasn’t received package(s), buyers MUST CONTACT UPS/DHL/FEDEX to find out where the package is. Please let us know within 3 days.

**SELLER DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITIES FOR AN DELAY SUCH AS CUSTOM DELAY, FLIGHT DELAY OR HURRICANE. THIS IS NOT SELLER FAULT

3. When you order specific plants, you shall agree to accept plant with natural changes (Leafs turn brown, root rotten, etc.) or caused by preparation & shipping process (Broken leafs or branches). Please do not expect that plants will arrive perfectly as photos we send to buyer before packing. Rotten can be expected to all shipments and plants such as Monstera, Scindapsus, Epipremnum, etc. Buyers are recommended to know rehab plants.
We will send you photos of your plant(s), leaves, roots, etc before and after packing. This will also show that seller ship plants with strong roots, not cutting or rotten root when ship.

4. We do not refund & replace if plant(s) dead by cold weather. Buyers must check weather in their counties before placing order. Insulate pad and foam box available and must inform seller before.

5. We don’t accept return plants to Thailand due to import restrictions.

6. BUYER MUST check with custom or local authorities if the plants is allowed to be imported or buyer has no import permit.
**BUYER WILL NOT GET REFUND IF PLANT(S) destroyed by custom shows that prohibit plant or no import permit**

7. We will give you liabilities if the plant is TOTALLY dead when arrived in maximum 8 (eight) days shipping duration (count from the dispatch date, Thailand time).
Here is the options you can choose:
(A) Plant replacement for dead plants ON ARRIVAL, shipping fee on buyer side. Buyer can choose if want to ship replacement plants with new order or still want to ship individual.
(B) Refund up to 70% for dead plants on arrival only. There will be only one time replacement and no refund in any cases.after we ship replacement.
Full refund (Full refund for plants only, without shipping charge)
– Only when customs find pests on plants.
– Incorrect documents and papers only from seller side.
To have these liabilities you have to provide valid video and pictures when you open the package and report it at the same day you receive the package.

8. Order cancellations cannot be processed after 3 days after the order has been made, unless there’s some conditions.

9. According to the regulations from Thailand, exporting requires an export permit and it is required for phytosanitary certificate to be made, so please wait for the process to finish.

10. BY PURCHASING THE ITEM, CUSTOMER AGREES TO THE TERM AND CONDITIONS.
