Returns and Refund Policy

We don’t accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
Cancellation must be contacted to seller within 24-72 hours after purchasing.
*Customer maybe charged the Paypal’s processing fees if you want to cancel the order.

REFUND POLICY:
We plant by LOVE and send our LOVE by our plants. I will show you all pictures, also show pictures of their roots. You will see all processes before shipping (optional)

  1. We have NO EXCHANGE OR REFUND for all final sales
  2. If there are damaged plants upon arrival in the destination country, our top priority is to RESEND or REPLACEMENT of damaged plants, in accordance with the terms and conditions. We provide plants for free on condition that the shipping costs are borne by the customer. This is because damage in shipping is part of the risk of buying live plants.
  3. For shipment by Dragon Courier and EMS Thaipost, only in case that THE PLANTS ARRIVAL IN 5-12 DAYS AND THEY ARE FULLY DEATH, NO MORE GREEN, ALL ARE ROTTED. if longer than 12 days no refund for any cases. We will replace or refund 50% value of death plants, the shipping and Phyto cost will not be refunded. PLEASE CONTACT ME WITHIN 24 HOURS WITH PICTURES/VIDEO EVIDENCE WHEN YOU RECEIVED THE PLANTS.
  4. For shipment by Air Cargo, in case that THE PLANTS ARRIVAL WITH FULLY DEATH, NO MORE GREEN, ALL ARE ROTTED. We will replace or refund 50% value of death plants. Also In case of PACKAGE LOST, we will refund 70% of plants cost (Calculate from the commercial invoice that sending to custom), shipping and Phyto cost will not be refunded. PLEASE CONTACT ME WITHIN 24 HOURS WITH PICTURES/VIDEO EVIDENCE WHEN YOU RECEIVED THE PLANTS.
  5. Plant importer please concern that the plants are traveling with bare roots, and stay in the box for long day, some plants are sensitive when traveling. They may not be 100% perfect like the picture that we shown you before. Please recover them first, give them some LOVE and TIME. 
  6. We want to inform our valued customers that hot weather can pose challenges for the safe transportation of live plants. High temperatures can stress plants and increase the risk of damage during shipping.

    We strongly advise customers to consider these risks before placing an order for live plants during periods of extreme heat. To ensure the health and vitality of your plants upon arrival, we recommend placing orders only when weather conditions are favorable – neither too hot nor too cold.
