we’ll do our best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. The actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.
Shipping during wintertime:
The minimum temp from -10 degrees C and we carefully packed them in insulated cartons (foam box)

Australia is very strict on customs (regarding potted plants):
*Potted Plants: We can ship to Australia, BUT the customer accepts the risk, and the order is non-refundable if their customs destroy the package.
*Tissue Culture Plants: We have successfully shipped to Australia using EMS (based on actual weight), but you will need an import permit (the country of origin is Thailand).
*Wholesale Orders: Shipped by air cargo – please contact us via message or email us at “admin@greenboog.com” to receive a guide.
Notice to the buyer from Canada:
Currently, we ship via Dragon Courier, so you won’t need an import permit to ship to Canada. Our courier will handle that and provide door-to-door delivery.
*Tissue culture plants and potted plants cannot be shipped together to Canada, so please purchase them separately in your order.
Notice to the buyer from the United States:
Import permit is not required when you buy under 12 plants

Notice to the buyer from the EU:
We ship via Dragon Courier, so you won’t need an import permit to ship to the EU. Our courier will handle everything and provide door-to-door delivery, meaning you won’t have to be involved in the import process at all.
Norway, Switzerland: Dragon Courier does not accept deliveries until further notice, but we can ship via EMS.
Notice to the buyer from New Zealand:
We ship by “air freight” routes for transportation through TMT Cargo and KK-Freight, with routes including BKK (Bangkok Airport), among others.

Notice to the buyer from ASEAN:
We need your import permit. Please consult customs or the local agriculture ministry for details. Shipping is done via EMS because it is safer and more affordable.
- Malaysia, Singapore: No import permit required, door-to-door service in 2-3 days via EMS or Dragon Courier.
- Indonesia: Import permit is required. Shipping by air cargo is preferable. Additionally, you can request plant pick-up and phyto documentation in Bangkok for carry-on ONLY.
- Philippines: No import permit needed, shipping by Dragon Courier ensures easy shopping.
- United Arab Emirates (UAE): Shipping by EMS for less than 6 plants. No import permit required.
Notice to the buyer from Hongkong:
Currently, we ship via Dragon Courier, so you won’t need an import permit to ship to Hongkong. Our courier will handle that and provide door-to-door delivery.
Notice to the buyer from China:
Import permit is required, ship by “Air Cargo” only
Notice to the buyer from Japan:
No import permit is required, and we offer door-to-door service via EMS Thaipost for easy shopping.
Notice to the buyer from Russia:
No import permit is required, as our shipper will handle the process, ensuring easy shopping. This option is recommended for bulk and large orders, as the shipping cost starts with a minimum of 10 kg.

Import permit is not required, door to door service by UPS Express, easy shopping
Notice to the buyer from South Africa:
You don’t need an import permit. We ship via Dragon Courier with door-to-door service, including duties and taxes.

No import permit is required, door to door service by UPS Express, shipping cost by box size & address
Notice to the buyer from Puerto Rico:
Shipping by Dragon Courier, less than 12 plants, import permit is not required.
