1. No Guarantee for Cuttings or Tissue Cultures: Orders are made at the buyer’s risk. If there is an issue with the plant, buyers are encouraged to reach out for a reasonable solution.
2. Pre-Order Prices: The quoted price at the time of order is final and cannot be adjusted at the time of delivery.
3. Buyer’s Risk for Shipping: Plants are shipped at the buyer’s risk. While packages are packed securely, any damage caused during transit or by customs is not the seller’s responsibility. Refunds are not available in these cases, and customs may inspect packages.
4. Damaged Plant Replacement: If plants are damaged, the seller’s priority is to replace them. Replacement is free up to 70%, but postage and phytosanitary costs are covered by the buyer.
5. Proof Required: Buyers must provide clear videos and photos of the plants upon package opening and include the phytosanitary certificate.
6. Refund Conditions: Refunds are only applicable for plants that are completely damaged (leaves, stems, and roots). Partial leaf damage is considered a shipping risk and is not refundable.
7. No Refund for Care Issues: The seller is not responsible for plants that die in the buyer’s care, and no replacements, exchanges, or refunds will be made for such cases.
8. Return of Damaged Plants: If a refund is agreed upon, the buyer must send the damaged plant (if still viable) to an address in America.
9. Prohibition Against Threats and Retaliation: Buyers agree not to threaten, extort, or retaliate with negative reviews for plants that die due to their own care. The seller will assess each issue on a case-by-case basis.
10. Seller’s Rights: The seller retains the right to make exceptions to policies under specific circumstances or to update policies at any time.
