Payment Methods

Methods of payment available are based on the country where you place your order and the total amount on the bill.

Credit/Debit card:

Your credit/debit card will automatically be charged by our financial service provider. Your order will begin processing after all necessary verifications have been completed.

PayPal:

The transaction will be processed by PayPal, an external financial service provider. During the checkout process, you will be redirected to PayPal and pay with your account there. Your data will not be transferred to Greenboog. After PayPal has completed verification, your order will then be processed.

Currency:

When shopping on our website, payments will be processed in USD dollars. If your credit card company or bank uses a different currency, the final transaction price may differ due to currency exchange rates. Please contact your payment provider for further information.

• At our store, we want to make shopping easy and transparent for our customers. When you make a purchase, you will be charged the price of the product in United States Dollars, plus a shipping fee based on your location. As you add more products to your cart, the shipping fee may increase by $5 to $15 (depending on the item).
• We also require customers to pay a $35 fee for Phytosanitary fees, which is a necessary step for us to be able to export our plant products. This fee is charged once per order and covers the actual cost of quarantine.
• We want to be upfront about all costs associated with your purchase, so you can shop with confidence. You will not be charged any extra fees beyond what we have stated above. Thank you for choosing our store, and please let us know if you have any questions.
